Boston Tales of the Straight and Bent

These three short stories where the author at some degree connects some of the characters focus on various problems in our society, especially the issue of sexuality. It goes from a young girl dealing with her desire of transitioning into the opposite sex and his relationship with his son; to a young man, who after being thrown out of his family's home after being caught having sex with another man, goes on a search for his great grandfather, who years earlier had been also cast away from the family; into the third story, a family try hard to keep their identity from being exposed to those they have been hiding from, by keeping a book with too many details of their past from being published.
