Born during the second world war in the capital of the central-south region of Italy called Molise. Grew up in a small village not far from his native city, experiencing the postwar growing pains of a Europe in turmoil. After a 45-year career in civil engineering, designing and supervising highways and other civil works in the USA and many foreign locations, he lives in Central Florida and currently works on his many interests. including travel-writing assignments.
