Aaron walked slowly down the high street, he stopped in a shop door way and leaned against the door it was open he went inside, and looked around in the darkness, he could not see anyone about. It was a clothes shop, and there were plenty of places to hide, but he had a feeling the place was empty the owner or manager had probably gone crazy like the others, and ran out leaving the door open he closed the door and locked it.
He looked out of the large front window keeping in the shadows so as not to be seen, he saw a man run past the window he was naked and screaming at the top of his voice, in his right hand he held an axe. Then he looked across the street, and saw two people on the top of the store opposite they were holding hands. As he watched the two people jumped off the top of the building and smashed onto the pavement below it was a sickening sight, and Aaron looked away.
"What the hell is going on," he said quietly to himself.
