My life follows the vicissitudes of Buck the dog in Jack London's Call of the Wild. We were raised by the hearths in comfortable California homes, then allowed into measured backyards, left home after a customary youth, and then broke loose, until a final pursuit in a Call of the Wild. This phoenix of gems bursts from a One-Ton Autobiography of Catman Keeley that has shipped around the globe for thirty years, and then, gathered dust in my Sand Valley, California trailer. Rather than have it covered and never seen, I decided to select the gems and turn them into the Book of Bo.
