I laughed, I cried and I was comforted

I loved this book. Easy to read, to pick up and put down. Each chapter feels like an individual story. I enjoyed hearing about the various challenges the individuals were going through...loss, grief, loneliness, etc and how the health and spiritual values were weaved into the stories.

Quick, Easy & Fantastic Must Read

This book contains both a pastoral/religious and a physician's view on a variety of topics relating to mental and physical health. This book is nondenominational and will inspire everyone. It is quick and easy to read. It's the type of book that you can read front to back or skip to various chapters. It features true, "REAL" stories of real people going through very recognizable issues. I found it very easy to relate to most of the people in the book, which made it easy to take the lessons and apply it to my own life.
