This Cookbook is the result of a restaurant I co-owned, Bourbon Street Chicken and Ribs. The recipes were developed for serving in that restaurant. We smoked the meats,cooked the side dishes, and baked the desserts on site.During my retirement years I have made a hobby out of smoking, cooking, and baking for friends; family; and large groups.
