Great book! Very informative!

This is a very interesting book about all the White House pets, beginning with the current one, Bo. Kids will love this book!

Perfect!

I bought this book for my 5 year old cousin. She really loved it (so did I!). It is a really nice way of explaining life in the White House.

Bo lovers delight

This is a delightful story for children, part of the mascot series for different sports and groups. Delightful illustrations can be found of Bo and his dog view of the Obama White House through different events and holidays, done with simplicity and humor. Adults can enjoy reading it to/with young children and grandchildren and learn a bit of White House trivia as well. Beautiful illustrations and sentimental story for dog lovers.

Pawlitzer Prize Winning Novel

Bo's Dad told him he couldn't review his own book. But, he's sleeping now. So, I came over to the Oval Office to borrow his computer. My book is the best book in the whole wide world!!! It is an edge of your dog bowl thriller, that tells the exciting stories beginning when my Uncle Teddy brought me to the White House to give me to my own people. Not only is it the best written book in the universe, there are also many fantastic pictures of me doing kool stuff and teaching my new family how to do tricks and rub my tummy. In closing, if you don't read my book I will be a very sad puppy and Bo knows none of you want the First Dog to be a sad White pawed Portuguese Water Puppy. If you buy my book, I promise to try and learn how to swim. I rate this book as...Four paws straight up and Two wags from my tail!!!

Bo Rocks!

I highly recommend "Bo, America's Commander in Leash"! by Naren Aryal. This book is a lot of fun! The pictures are great and show Bo having a good time as he goes about his life at the White House. (My favorite part - when he goes swimming at Camp David!) I also love that it has some interesting, historical facts on each page. I'm a reading tutor and was excited to share the book with my 2nd grade tutee this morning. He enjoyed it and was able to read most of the words himself and the ones he couldn't, gave us a great opportunity to talk about vocabulary. I'm looking forward to reading it with some other children I work with who range in age from 2 to 9 - I think they'll all enjoy it.
