For students mainly

I have not read the book from cover to cover yet. It is well written, serious and didactical. I expect the next clinical cases to follow this paradigm. I was just a little disappointed by the fact that the book is mainly for students, not seasoned practitioners and that I was not aware of this when I purchased it. It should be stated on the cover.
