Blue Counts to Ten

By Angelus O'Malley

One little star. Then one more. How many will Blue count?

Join Blue the Leprechaun and Auntie as they turn an empty sheet of paper into a sky filled with ten stars. Starting with zero, Blue discovers how adding one more star makes the number grow.

Colorful illustrations, simple words, and gentle repetition invite little readers to point, count, and celebrate each new addition. Share the pictures with a baby, count along with a toddler, or help a preschooler explore numbers from zero to ten. There's no hurry-just a little discovery with every star.

Full of warmth and playful learning, Blue Counts to Ten makes early counting a sweet part of time spent together.

For shared reading from babyhood through age six.
