Regret doesn't always come from things we've done. Sometimes, it's what we didn't do that lingers the longest. Maybe you regret not standing up for someone when they needed you. Perhaps you had the chance to reconcile with a loved one, but let pride or fear hold you back. Maybe you didn't pursue a dream, say I love you when you had the chance, or tell the truth when it mattered most.
