This serial killer/detective novel tops them all.

If your looking for the one book that can top Silence of the Lambs here it is. Some of my all time, stick in my head, can’t stop reading, all time faves have just been beat. Winter Prey, The Snowman, The Poet are all childs play to this one IMO. Even John Connolly’ Every Dead Thing pales in comparison to the dark and at times very grotesque book here. The sides stories ( fathers Alzheimer’s, the hurricane) are also written so well and in depth. Mr. Pobi taught me a lot with his amazingly well researched topics. This book will blow you away and haunt you for quite some time. Replaced Red Dragon as my favorite of the genre. Also title Eye of the Storm.
