When one of his reporters is killed, Cagney discovers incriminating evidence that details a Japanese plot to take over the world. The action is fast and furious as he goes up against the Japanese secret police in his struggle to get the evidence out of Japan and reveal the plot to the world. The film's evocative art direction won an Academy Award.
