Blood Bureau II ICAOS TERRORISM is the first book written on the secretive Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision of 343 pages. This accurate record of my experiences with a participant of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision. This secretive commission takes violent criminals from one state and transfers them to another state. When they do this the pedophiles are no longer on any sex registry, that is just one benefit these felons get. I encountered a protected extremely violent mentally ill quadruple felon misogynist pedophile rapist protected by the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision. The ICAOS (pronounced I Chaos, I kid you not) is a secretive commission protecting 500,000 extremely violent felons nationwide. Covering up and concealing all kidnaps, rapes, tortures and murders their protected felon participants commit. One protected participant (violent pedophile) Maurice Clemmons was sponsored by Republican Mike Huckabee walked into a cafe in Washington State and shot four cops dead. The largest mass shooting of police until the summer of 2016. Clemmons was out on two bonds when he did this heinous crime. Not a single news media outlet reported the facts of this. I am the first author I have discovered to this day writing a book about this deadly commission in the 81 years of its existence. The rules the appointed commissioners make up behind closed doors have the weight of Federal Law. Every state must use their scarce resources protecting these criminals. I estimate nationwide they cost our country in lost services and productivity over 100 billion dollars a year. This is the book every politician, judge and law enforcement superior in America does not want you to read. I use the real names of everyone involve including politicians. I include every email and communication I had with everyone about this terror being committed on the American people. WE THE PEOPLE need to get this commission shut down. Every state has a commissioner and office wasting your tax dollars protecting these violent misogynist pedophile criminals. The last four years of my beautiful wife's life were lived under the terror of one of these animals and the terror of the American Federal, State and Local governments.
