This is a book containing poetry, prose, and some lessons I have learned from dealing with suicide, heartache, and depression. It is a story of self-discovery and friendship. It is a story of blood and ink, both literal and philosophical. There is something about blood and ink... of the choosing... the thought, the passion and sacrifice. Those things in life that are born of importance are always born in blood. Words and images blend in my mind, like the wax running down the sides of the candle, flowing down like blood and igniting the passion for my writing.
