Blessings is the first in a series of books about the Turner family: Parents, Howard and Kim; daughters, Katie and Susan; and sons, Andrew and Kevin. There is, also, Kit-Kat the cat and Midnight the dog. Come and join the family as they prepare for the holidays from cutting down a "grand" tree", stringing popcorn, singing Christmas carols, and looking for children who have gone astray. I hope Blessings will be the beginning of an exciting journey. Many of the places in this book are real; however, Skippack, New Hampshire is a fictional town just as they are my fictional family. I believe every woman, whether young or old, will smile and find love and laughter between these pages. Sometimes you will even relate to the situations. I hope you will invite the Turners into your home and will enjoy Blessings so much that you will look forward to book number two. Sometimes we may be so busing making a living that we forget to enjoy life. Just relax and count your blessings: Katie, Andrew, Susan, Kevin, Howard, and Kim.
