Blessed Redeemer: A Daily Study of the books of Job and Ruth

Have you ever thought about the similarities between Job and Ruth? Both lost significant family members and livelihoods in an unexpected and tragic fashion, both were from countries outside of Israel, both were of noble character and desired to worship the one true God, and most significantly, both looked forward to the day in which they would be vindicated and restored by a kinsmen redeemer.
Through these studies we will discover how these cherished Old Testament books point us to our blessed Redeemer, Christ Jesus. They are designed to make scripture study a daily habit so I keep them to about ten minutes. I use them for my own family devotions, but they can easily be used for personal study or even in groups.
All of these studies can also be found on LaBelleLife.com so any references to other studies in the text can be viewed through the website. I subsidize the cost of the website so people can access these studies for free, but there is definitely value in taking them offline in book format to avoid the distractions of the internet.
