Powerfully written ....Life changing book

This was the first book of Rhonda Calhoun's many, that I had ever read. It rocked my world! She tells stories of her friends, the homeless in Kansas City. For the first time the poor had a name and a voice and a story. I read the book through many tears and lots of prayer. It gave me such a better picture of what the heart of God is like, both for the homeless and for me. I was so moved to make a positive difference in the lives of others. The stories are compelling and heartwarming. Every obstacle won and victory gained made my heart soar. This is a must read for anyone who has ever asked the question, "How could one person possibly make a difference?" Through these stories it is plain to see that love never fails.
