Tomorrow or Today ?

This is the first book I have read by Samuel Sagan and I enjoyed it alot. Is it a picture of the future or does it have alot in common with today already ? Alot of fact is contained in this "fiction". Highly recommended.

At last spirituality with Grunt

I find many books on spirituality are mushy and carry no presence, I found the story a facinating journey into a possible REAL future for humanity at large and was for me at last a book that combines spirituality with everyday life, love and war. It really made me fire up as I could truly feel something massive behind it and Barkhan Seer is the ultimate for a FULL ON DUDE.Anyone who is sick of airy fairy spirituality should read this book.

Bleeding Sun

I love science fiction and read a lot of it - but this one was different! The story twists and turns like all good yarns, but the hero Hiram takes the battle into some pretty interesting dimensions, one of which being the world of the gods. The book gave insights into a possible future which seems scary but very plausible - yet threaded through the text is this very tangible spiritual lineage which goes back to Atlantean Secrets. I loved it!

The future of humanity?

WOOOWW! Bleeding Sun clearly is really the fifth book of the Atlantean Secrets saga, with references to preceding characters and story lines. 13,000 years after Atlantis humanity is in its darkest hour and the Master of Thunder and the Archive people have arisen to challenge the `Rex's' supremacy over mankind... I found this book incredibly awakening....yep, there still is time to wake up and see the world as it really is...not a pretty sight...I might add...

A Timely Message for Humanity

WOW! and 'WHAT IF' - is all I kept thinking as I was reading this book! What if our generation's foray into Virtual Reality really could result in this? What's more I kept thinking, what if we really do reincarnate? Who wants to come back and be confined in a coffin like drawer where your mind believes you are really operating in the 'real' world thanks to the ingenuity of VR? What if you don't know any better because that's what you've been born into and that's what's 'normal'? And of course, I kept wondering, who will rescue me? What if it is part of a grander plan to 'enslave' our consciousness (our Souls) to serve the purposes of the 'Rex', a metaphor for the forces of darkness? Oh my God, is there such a thing? I keep hoping not. But maybe that's the problem - all of us hope there is no such thing and bury our heads in the sand and hope 'reality' will just go away and bingo we wake up in this nightmare.I read this book before I saw Matrix on video. The beginnings are remarkably similar but the 'solutions' are very different. The context of the story is placed into a bigger picture. Initially I found the book difficult to get into, it is technical at times, but I soon became hooked on the hero's (Bobby) struggle with the excruciating pain of being extricated from the clutches of VR. I do recommend this book if you're interested in waking up and asking some hard questions of yourself and why we are here and if you're concerned about who controls your mind.
