I do not like the word "saint", or we are called to be "saints"; we are called to be the best of "self" in the fashion God created us to be ... God does not need another St. Whoever, God needs you to be loving, caring, compassionate, merciful, you are an original, a one and only to God. God does promote "mystical or spiritual sibling rivalry" with a you need to be more like your "saintly" brother or sister... God has personalized you, he knows you so go to him ...

Ray was the prime example of God's grace on the "ordinary man", Ray did not think of himself as a saint, did not seek to be a saint... he just wanted to help people and teach them to pray, and have faith ... He promoted the rosary and prayed with people from all walks of life... He was a good man, and I was graced to have known him and to be able to have written this book about him.
