In this short thriller, much damage is done to one single man in just one night. Joseph suffers from years of depression caused by his Ex-wife leaving him. After a failed suicide attempt that causes his family to keep a close eye on him. Many years of emotional anguish about his divorce lead Joseph to finally go out on his own. In the midst of the night, he is kidnapped and separated from his medication that eases his anxiety and depression. Waking up restrained causes his heart to race and an anxiety attack rips through his body. Nearly paralyzed by the fear Joseph tries to gather an escape plan through his racing thoughts but then... the footsteps. His kidnappers slowly walk up to where he is shackled. He glares up at them to be appalled by the identities of his kidnappers. The very woman who is the source of his pain, but he still loves her deeply. His Ex-wife Esther and her new lover do not plan to mend an old relationship, but to end one permanently. Joseph is pushed to his highest limits as he gets closer to his last breath, but a search party is closing in on his location. Throughout the night's progression Esther slowly builds up sympathy, and regrets the games she has played with his life, as Joseph is rapidly bleeding out and losing consciousness. She has a change of heart and does everything she can to save his life, but as Joseph stops breathing it may be too late already.
