One day in November, a small freighter, caught in an unusual combination of adverse elements, is in danger of sinking in the lower Adriatic Sea. The long hibernation ends, everything awakens under the whip of the icy northeast wind; the port's dive bars come alive, Barbara reopens her famous brothel, and the painful stories, buried forever, spill into the air along with the scent of freshly cooked food. The crisis of authentic and real education and the consequent rupture in the roots of identity of the new generations who, catapulted into this dimension, drugged by the tricks of adults, experience the urges of their adolescence in a casual and unnatural way.
