The Dog man stretches out.

If you can get over the mounting evidence that there are A LOT of bad cops out there, you can really enjoy this series of police procedurals (all 3 books, so far). Think 87th Precinct or Jesse Stone conflated with Jason Bourne. You won't be able to put it down.
