This is a love story, unlike one ever told. His father was a close confidante of a Prominent Black leader and after the leaders Brutal Assassination; Hajji's father abandonedhis family to protect them. Hajji was a young boy at the time but he was old enough to know that life without his father, whom he loved very much, wasn't going to be easy. As a matter of fact, when his mother's will to survive ran her into the arms of men who were wolves in sheep's clothing, abusing her mentally and physically, Hajji swore by God that he would do whatever he had to do to protect his mother and siblings from the evils that men do; andwhoever harmed his family, would Pay!As teenagers, Hajji and best friend Tony, grew up on the mean streets of Newark "The Brick City" New Jersey, remaining partners for life. However, the two were very different, in thatHajji never sold or used drugs, drank alcohol, gambled or smoked cigarettes, while Tony indulged in various vices. Tony's indulgencelanded him in prison early which left Hajji to rise through the ranks on the streets in the life of crime, alone. Hajji earned respecton the streets with those who controlled the city, which let to the "FEDS", who came looking for him.
