End of the World

Cold, pale and silent, like a sunset painted room / She was the twinkling star, from the dark side of the moon. Beautiful and calm, like a portrait painted sea / She was the falling star that eventually broke me.

My innocence has died, just as everything in autumn / I've slipped from this world, and depression's at the bottom. When my second heart beats, the past becomes unfurled / And when I think of you, it's the end of the world.

Screaming Sanctuary

We believe in fairytales and magic, until reality kicks in / The demons start to speak, and they tell us we can't win. They make us weak and hesitant, as if our life's a sin / If you're tired of these feelings, then tell me how you've been.

There's some out comparing, to see whose pain is worse / But everyone has a chapter, they won't show unless forced. There's beauty in tears and strength in quiet souls / So fight on for tomorrow, your life still has a role.

Take sanctuary in sunshine, so fairytales never die / Find the portal rainbows, so magic might survive. We believe in both of these, until reality kicks in / No matter what the demons say, you can always win.
