Black Hills is about a young girl named Bethany who moves to a new town hoping it won't be any different from where she used to live. Upon her arrival, she notices people look at her different. She doesn't find out why until her neighbor, Tyler, tells her about the murder that happened a year ago. She looks just like the girl, Savannah. She meets a young boy named Colton who she later finds out dated Savannah. He starts to go crazy and that is a clue for Beth that he has something to do with the death of Savannah. This story is about the events that happen to Beth while her and Tyler try to prove Colton guilty.
