Great book for book study or leadership training

Based on a true story. Very sad but shows the true nature of mankind when not led properly or involved leadership. We need good and intrusive leaders! First we have to work on ourselves so we can help others. We read this for a military course and leaded from it. Great discussion and learning experience!!
