When the Dean of Medicine and his wife mysterious die in a Mt. Everest climbing expedition, Karen becomes the interim Dean, which makes her an even bigger target. An explosion in one of Haman's oil refineries near the Medical Center causes a serious pollution problem making many sick including Karen. Haman instructs the Governor if he doesn't stop Karen, he will get it done. In the meantime, an affair develops between Karen and Harley creating a bigger problem that puts both at risk. A suspense thriller, the plot twists and turns, guaranteed to keep you on the edge to the end.
