An easy way to get involved in bird watching for kids
This journal allows you to easily record what birds you've seen or heard so you can start learning about birds and bird watching.
Each page spread gives a space to draw a bird you've seen, and record 5 types birds you've seen or heard during each bird watching session.
Once you've finished filling up your journal there's a page where you can write down some thoughts about birds you've seen since the beginning, like which bird was your favorite.
With 100 pages in this journal, there are 49 pages where you can draw birds, and 49 pages to record bird details.The journal is 6 inches by 9 inches, giving enough space to write and draw, but not too big to carry around if you want to take is somewhere outside your backyard to bird watch.It's a great way to start, or continue, to learn about nature with the whole family by organising bird watching outings (even if it's only your backyard) and then looking up details about some of the birds you've seen afterwards.While this book was originally designed for kids, it's also great for adults who want to record and draw birds they've seen but may not want to be overwhelmed by detail recording.
