Following on from where my first book, Bipolar..... Me? left off, Bipolar..... Definitely looks at how I gradually came to accept my condition and even learnt to use it to my advantage in my job working with adults who have learning difficulties. Some of the guys have bipolar too but can't fully understand why they are bombarded with a whole range of different emotions, all seemingly for no apparent reason. So I get to reassure and help them out but without them knowing it, they too have helped me enormously.
