Jesse Macintosh has inherited 'The Bingo', an old school tavern left to him by his grandfather. The Bingo only survives because a bylaw in the small town of Mahoney's Bend allows the continuation of it's strip tease shows as long as one show is not missed. Jesse lives with April D'amico, a beautiful but tough construction company owner. April loves Jesse and wants a baby. Jesse, not ready for more responsibility, conspires with his best friend and Urologist Gil to get a secret vasectomy. Things finally seem to be going right in Bingo Country, until the dancers disappear and April announces she is pregnant.
