Fantastic soups

There are so many wonderful soup recipes in this book I have bought three copies, giving two as gifts. It has a number of different recipes I haven't seen in other books. I highly recommend it.

I LOVE this book!!

I bought this book and started making soups right away. I marked so many soups the first day I got the book. It has such a great variety and has more recipes for soups than any other book I have found. The only drawback to the book is that there is not one picture. I loke to have a visual of what the finished product should look like and there are no photos at all in this book. One thing I like is that at the top of each recipe they have a description of the soup. Every recipe I have made has turned out perfectly.
