Disc is defective

Big Jim McLain dvd starring John Wayne. Disc arrived in good condition, but when I played it, the movie kept "freezing" and skipping, even after I stopped and restarted my dvd player. I've emailed T.Bks. and am confident they will replace it. Always excellent customer service.

John Wayne is my favorite actor
