More about gearing than you want to know, enough about gearing that you need to know.I was a gearing klutz until I read this book. Now I understand the gearing system of my bike and am 1000% better off for it. Once you get past the essential concept, the book is filled with more charts and tables then you'll know what to do with, unless of course you are a gearhead!If you are always in the wrong gear or constantly confused about how to shift your bicycle efficiently, then buy this book. In a couple of hours you can learn the essentials, enough to last a lifetime of bike riding.
