Disappointed

Each pocket's "book" was a writing or thought prompt. I was expecting a mini short story.

Not really worth the price

I was really hopful and looking forward to this advent calender, but the contents were low quality. I'm okay with simple things but for the price of this product I was unhappy with what I got. But I did like the box.

Sad and blue the Advent calendar was incomplete.

We love doing an advent calendar every year and were so excited to find this one for booklovers. It seemed a unique way to enjoy the holidays. Yesterday, we excitedly opened the calendar to begin our journey. You can imagine our disappointment when there was no content in the pockets for the first two days. We bought it new and it was wrapped in plastic, so it was a big shock. It bugged me all day. It is way past the return date, which seems odd for a Christmas gift that would remain unopened until the December first start date. I hope thiftbooks can find some way to compensate us for this huge disappointment. At least there is content starting on day 3, but this has definitely affected our holiday spirit. I was expecting to give five stars, but was unable due to the missing content. Thank you for your consideration.

Disappointing

I’m very glad I opened it before gifting it. They are not books. They are a folded piece of cardboard with information about a book. A very cheap facsimile of a book. I will not be gifting it. You changed my star review from 2 to 4.5.
