Maier solidly defines a "no limits" approach to bible study

Maier defines and justifies a biblical-historical no limits method as a superior alternative to historical-critical and other forms of handling biblical hermeneutics. Believers will find reason and logic on why reason and logic are human limits placed upon a divine document. Unbelieveing criticism is challenged by Maier in understanding, inspiration, authority and unity of scripture, history, and a basis for continual development of an unlimited approach to anyones study of the bible. All readers (yes, even unbelievers) will benefit from the concepts and principals presented here joined with a multitude of arguments and analysis from the principally important believers perspective. If you want to engage in the field of hermeneutical criticism you will find yourself informed and equipped. Maier has put together a fairly easy read primer for a difficult and infinitely complex "sui generis" subject.
