Brief Volume; Good Job

Warren Wiersbe's brief devotional and expositional comments are included for every chapter of the New Testament. Wiersbe and the editors have done a nice job of including just enough commentary to be valuable, yet not enough to be ponderous. The text reminds me of notes from a reputable study Bible. Often, several comments are listed for each chapter. Wiersbe even makes an admirable attempt at using alliteration, wherever possible (a boon to Bible teachers). This little book is excellent as a handy "quick" desk-top reference. I recommend it.
