Bianca e Falliero, ossia Il consiglio dei tre is an Italian opera (melodramma) in two acts by Gioachino Rossini to a libretto by Felice Romani after Louis-Charles Caigniez's play Bianca e Falliero, ou Le conseil des dix. The opera is set in Venice in the 17th century and tells a story of love, duty, and political intrigue.

This edition presents the complete libretto. Rossini's score is known for its demanding vocal writing and dramatic intensity. The opera received its premiere in 1819 at La Scala in Milan.
