For reading aloud the Gita, the Avagraha and the Visarga need special mention.

A Visarga is to be pronounced aspirated "ha" followed by the sound of the previous vowel. Also, a Visarga in close proximity with another letter becomes a new letter and is pronounced accordingly. This is reflected in this edition of the Gita by substituting that letter instead of the Visarga.

Due to Sanskrit Sandhi rules, reading aloud is not the same as the written text one finds in popular editions of the Gita. This Gita is meant to be Read Aloud.
