Needed an editor - badly

This book had promise but seemed like a first draft. The characters were flat and irritating, the plot unorganized, POV all over the place. There were also grammatical issues on nearly every page that as a reader, were highly aggravating. (EX: In the beginning, almost every other sentence starts with 'And...') It would have been a good book if it had had an editor. As it was, it just felt rushed, unorganized, unfinished.
