Living a simple life isn't a deprivation but an alignment to values to reach a higher spirituality without the distraction and destruction of a consumerism mindset. Each sun rise is a miracle and each tree is keeping us alive by taking in carbon and releasing oxygen. Reflecting on our behaviour and the behaviour of nature can clarify what we need to do for ourselves and this planet.
