About The Author

I am R C Sheldrake, Richard to my friends, for which you all are, I live in a very old house somewhere deep within Suffolk's peaceful heritage coastline. The garden which I gaze upon as my mind drifts, I mean to say write books, is almost as old as the house with trees reaching lofty highs and ages in equal measure. They sing a song as old as the world and watch as we dance out our days under their shade.

I really hope you enjoy this book, and if can help one soul in stress, then work is more than done. The pain of dealing with loss, grief or even my own old foe anxiety, are but steps in a life beyond ages and generations, these poems might touch your heart or unlock the deepest of memories from time long lost.
