Kevin Tarrant is the founder of a professional football development academy in Bangkok, where the ideas in this book are put into practice every day. Before coaching he spent thirty years in business and sport, working with Premier League clubs and footballers, Olympians and world heavyweight boxers. He lives in Bangkok.
