Great Resource for Vestries

Beyond Business as Usual does a good job of pointing clergy and vestries to the idea that the work is not the work, it's in building community and relying on God to transform individuals and communities. It's a short read, and a quick one, good to share with others. Some of the resources are usable/teachable right away (such as the Four Leadership Tasks everyone should know).
