Knowledge Davis is an ex kingpin turned real estate developer. He owns several restaurants and other small businesses here and there. His wife Alexis is a defense attorney with her own law firm. The two of them are what you would consider a true power couple. Knowledge wants children and Alexis doesn't due to the fact that she is at the height of her career. When the opportunity arises for Knowledge to run for a public office position Alexis tries to talk him out of it. She doesn't want the world to know about their past life and where they came from. Alexis knows that politics is fair game for the opponent to air their dirty laundry. Knowledge becomes frustrated with Alexis because, he feels that she is trying to block him from reaching his full potential. Things starts to take a turn for the worse with the power couple when the sin of one night pops back up into their already complicated situation.
