Best Way to Find an Ideas

Ideas are arguably the most valuable asset in an information-based economy. But how do you find the best ideas - the kind that can boost careers, change organizations, and ramp up the value of projects? Why do some people seem to come up with these ideas whenever they need them?
I'm posting all ideas in order as needed. But they have to be together in your life because you can't just put your mind into an idea condition and then stop it whenever you want. This is a lifetime event; A job that will never be finished is a goal that will never be reached.
In chapters ten to fourteen, I'll tell you how to capture ideas. These sections, which will include the steps to be applied, should be read in order. Although I use different words, I generally agree with Young with two exceptions. I add one more step to his: the need to define the problem.
