Good Eats

It is really too bad that this book is out of print. I bought it several years ago and it has been a Godsend. Out of all of the cookbooks that I have (and I have many) I use this THE MOST. The recipes are practical and easy yet sophisticated. I've made crepes, coq au vin and duck breast with raspberry sauce. The photographs are wonderful. It's nice to see what you're cooking before you actually cook it!!
