The Best Chuck Wagon Stew Ever

Can't wait until tomorrow as I shall be cooking "Charlie's Chuck Wagon Stew" once again. It is without a doubt the very best stew in captivity. You cook it for 5 hours in the oven at 250 and your home becomes a place of heavenly aromas. This is a favorite of my entire family. Bon Appetit!

Unsurpassable Chocolate Chip Cookies

Someone in my college dorm had this cookbook and would often make them. By December, our entire dorm was addicted to them. I've never had more amazing cookies.

Unique, Savory, Refreshing, Flavorful

This cookbook is wonderful. Skees has a great way of using the spices to compliment any dish. I love the Spagetti Sauce, Pasticcio, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Nut Bread, and Chocolate Sheet Cake, etc. This cookbook will make any amature cook feel like they are a great chef.

The chocolate chip cookie recipe in this cookbook is worth the price of the entire book. It is amazing! All the other delicious recipes are an added bonus. Not only that, the notes the author includes with each recipe makes you feel like a friend gave you the recipe.

I love the authors comments that go along with the recipes, you really feel that her heart and soul went into her choices. I have never made a dish from it I didn't like.
