Easy Comfort Food

This book has a lot of great recipes that are easy to make. While it may not be the most sophisticated, upscale casserole cookbook available; the recipes are tasty and easy to prepare. Most of the recipes seem geared to a dinner with the family rather than entertaining, but I think that most of us are seeking out that feeling of "food grandma would make" when we think of casseroles; and these recipes certainly deliver that. If you are a home cook who needs easy, reliable recipes you should benefit from this book.
