Love this book

I got this book 5 years ago, and tried more than half of the recipes in this book, and my family love it. Has wonderful photos for each recipes and clear step by step instructions. I wish they can publish the next version of this book.

WONDERFUL!!!!

I Love this Book! My husband gave this to me for Christmas a few years ago, making sure to point out the crawfish recipe on page 58! After trying that I had to try the dirty rice which is truely wonderful!!! Also the gumbo recipe on page 64! Can you tell my hubby was raised in the South?
