This is a really good book for the cook that has not made chinese food before. There are beautifully illustrated pictures to show what the end product looks like and easy to follow steps to produce the product. I tried 4 of the dishes for the first time, asked 8 people to dinner and got rave reviews on taste, food combinations and presentation.
